1. Services

CrackNEETPG.com provides medical PG entrance exam preparation services including personalised assessments, Q Bank access, video lectures, revision plans, books, and digital PDFs.

2. Payments

All subscription plans are billed as one-time payments for the selected duration
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
Access begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation

3. Refund Policy

Digital Products (App Plans, PDFs): All sales are final once access is granted. No refunds for digital products.

Books: May be returned within 7 days if damaged or defective. Contact us with photos at abhishek@crackneetpg.com.

Technical Issues: If you cannot access purchased content due to a technical error, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on CrackNEETPG.com is the intellectual property of Dynoble Technologies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to share login credentials, screenshot or redistribute paid content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer

7. Governing Law
