App Subscription Plans (Plan A, B, C)

All app subscription plans are non-refundable once access has been activated, as digital content is delivered immediately upon payment.

Exception: If a technical issue prevents you from accessing purchased content, contact us within 48 hours at abhishek@crackneetpg.com for a full refund.

PDFs and Digital Downloads

All PDF purchases are non-refundable. This is clearly stated before purchase. Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded.

Physical Books

Books are eligible for refund or replacement if:

Damaged book received — contact within 7 days with photos
Wrong book delivered — contact within 7 days
Book not delivered — contact after 10 business days from order date

Books purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return policy.

How to Request a Refund

Email abhishek@crackneetpg.com with your name, registered email, order ID, and reason for refund. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
